SARA'S CLUB WARRANTY

     If less than one week old, the buyer can return the puppy for a replacement of equal value, or the full refund of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for all cost associated with returning the puppy. To Qualify for Sara's Club Warranty, the following conditions must be met:

1) The Golden must have Sara's Club as the Prefix of their AKC Registered name.

 2) The Golden must be owned by the original buyer.

 3) The Golden  must not have whelped or sired a litter.

 4) The Golden must be under 26 months of age.

     In the event that a Sara's Club Golden is suspected of having a heredity defect, please follow this procedure.

1)  Notify us by telephone or letter as soon as possible.

2) Submit OFA hip x-rays, or ophthalmologist eye exam, or other test results that document the heredity defect.

3) If heredity defect is confirmed by seller, the buyer will  have the option of either A or B

 A) The golden in good health must be returned to us along with their AKC registration certificate signing ownership back to the sellers. The entire purchase price of the golden covered by this warranty may be applied to a Sara's Club future puppy of your choice.

B) If you opt to keep the golden, we would require a Veterinarian's written proof of neutering or spaying. The Buyer would then be entitled to another Sara's Club puppy for 1/2 the   original purchase price. SELLER has the option to refund 1/2 the purchase price if another litter is not eminent.

4) Sara's Club is not responsible for any Veterinary fees, or any other costs associated with shipping, OFA fees, etc.
